Community Guidelines

MuseCanto community spaces exist for creators to exchange practical experience about ideas, writing, publishing, integrations, and product feedback.

These guidelines apply to community groups, comments, shared workspaces, feedback channels, and other interactive areas operated by MuseCanto.

Be constructive

• Discuss ideas and work without attacking the person behind them.
• Give specific, actionable feedback and respect different creative approaches.
• Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, or encourage coordinated abuse.

Protect privacy and ownership

• Share only content and personal information you are authorized to share.
• Do not publish private conversations, credentials, API keys, or identifying information without permission.
• Respect copyright, trademarks, licenses, attribution requirements, and platform rules.

Keep the community safe

Do not post or promote:

• illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive schemes;
• malware, credential theft, unauthorized scraping, or security abuse;
• sexual exploitation, credible threats, or encouragement of violence;
• hateful conduct targeting protected characteristics;
• spam, unsolicited promotion, or repetitive low-value content.

AI-generated content

You remain responsible for content you create or publish with AI. Review generated material for accuracy, privacy, attribution, safety, and compliance before sharing it.

Do not present fabricated citations, identities, testimonials, or results as genuine.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, remove community access, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct when legally required.

If you believe content or conduct violates these guidelines, contact support@musecanto.com with relevant context. Do not expose additional personal information when reporting.

Updates

We may update these guidelines as MuseCanto and its community evolve. Material changes will be published with an updated date.
